I'm a travel writer who lost the use of my computer while visiting my daughter in Beijing. I googled "Computer Repair Beijing" and on the first page I saw John buried within all the other company repair service listings. I knew instantly that John must be talented to maximize his webpage amongst this crowd. I contacted him and the best part was that he could speak fluent English since I speak no Chinese. I visited his shop which was neat, organized and very professional. He even met me at the Metro station to show me the way to his shop. I found John to be extremely proficient in understanding and repairing my computer. He repaired my computer within two days and his price was very reasonable. Thanks a lot for the great service! My laptop crashed suddenly in the evening only a few days before the due date of a presentation. John was ready to pick up my laptop immediately. Soon afterwards and late at night he contacted me and assured me to restore all my personal files. The next day I was able to pick up my laptop again. I commissioned him to build a new gaming desktop for me -- I read and speak very little Chinese, so buying the parts myself or bargaining with shopkeepers would have been very difficult! We met to look at which parts to use, and John ordered them all and had the desktop built and running perfectly in just a few days. I highly recommend him for repairs or any other computer-related work!
